Meet Bruno Paillard Bruno Paillard is renowned among the Maisons of Champagne for producing some of the freshest and purest expressions from this celebrated region. Their success stems from a mastery of blending various crus, grapes, and vintages to achieve remarkable consistency. By exclusively using first pressing juice, their wines maintain vibrant fruit notes, including the distinctive Nec Plus Ultra, aged for over 15 years before release.
Born in 1953 into a family steeped in Champagne traditions, Bruno started as a broker but was driven to create his own wines. He founded Maison Bruno Paillard in 1981, beginning in a rented cellar and carefully selecting grapes from independent growers. At just 27, he sold his beloved Jaguar to fund his dream of starting Champagne Bruno Paillard.
