    From a family estate dating to 1901, this organically grown Cava is a masterpiece! Unusually, it is made with mostly Chardonnay, giving an unctuous orchard fruit flavor, with a hint of hazelnut, sea breeze, and citrus.

    Cava Blend

    Cava Blend is the term used to describe the composition of the sparkling wines of Catalonia, Spain. The blend is principally made up of three indigenous grape varieties, Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada.
