2021 Ronchi di Manzano Pinot Grigio (Friuli Colli Orientali, IT) 3W

We LOVE Ronchi di Manzano here at UG! Friend of the store Roberta Borghese has owned the winery since 1969 and she directs the whole process of wine growing as well as the promotion of the wines she produces with her two daughters, Lisa and Nicole.

Showcasing their exceptional terroir in their varied offerings the Borghese family provides hand-harvested and carefully selected wines of place. This Pinot Grigio is a standard bearer and workhorse, great for cooking and even better for enjoying on the patio!

    About The Varietal

    Pinot Grigio

Pinot Gris, also known as Pinot Grigio, is a pinkish grape mutation originating from Pinot Noir. Renowned for its zesty white wines, it also lends itself to crafting fuller-bodied whites and rosé. Northern Italy, Alsace, Oregon, and Germany stand out as regions offering benchmark examples of this versatile grape.
