Gorgeous style and superb substance are the name of the game here. Black cherry, lavender, plum, savory herbs, subtle tobacco and toasted nuts. Persistent and exquisitely balanced, irresistible as it unwinds in the glass. It drinks well now but will gain even greater character over the next few years. This label may fly under the radar but don't let that dissuade you - Snowden's winemaker knows her stuff and is delivering excellent value in Napa.
