Light-bodied, lip-smacking wines with a mouth-feel similar to skim milk
This dry, salmon-colored rosé from a renowned domain in the Nemea region of the Peloponnese opens with enticing aromas of candied stone fruit and floral notes. While it's effortlessly drinkable, it also offers a conceptually fascinating experience. The palate is beautifully layered, revealing tart flavors and culminating in a long, minerally finish that leaves a lasting impression.
About The Varietal
Agiorgitiko is an aromatic red wine grape that is indigenous to Greece's Peloponnese peninsula. It is one of the most commonly cultivated grape varieties in the country, second only to Xinomavro, and is known by various local names. Agiorgitiko is the exclusive grape variety allowed in the Nemea appellation and thrives in the warm Mediterranean climate of that region.
Enjoy with briny oysters, shellfish, cevice, or any dish with bright acidity.
