The parcels are cultivated without the use of herbicides or pesticides. Fabien lightly tills or hoes the soil, aiming to disturb it as little as possible while preserving the natural plant life. All vineyard tasks, from pruning to harvesting, are carried out manually, and each plot is harvested individually. The harvest takes place when the grapes reach peak ripeness.
