About The Producer
Originally a 10-hectare olive grove, Mauro Cutuli and Mariangela Prestilippo inherited the land and promptly recognized its potential for exceptional winemaking. Presently, they produce only one white and one red wine. The winemaking pair opts not to adhere to the Etna Bianco and Rosso DOC regulations, preferring to craft their wines with a natural, dynamic, and independent approach, distinct from the intricacies of the Italian bureaucratic system.
