Pico is Biancara's top white wine. These grapes are carefully selected from the top of the estate's volcanic vineyards with the highest elevation and studded with volcanic rocks. The nose is dominated by the macerated qualities of the grape, bringing forward spicy aromas that complement the grape's signature minerality. On the palate, the mineral notes stand out, with a distinct sense of iron. This wine is vibrant and has a rugged character, reflecting the volcanic hills it originates from.
About The Varietal
Garganega, although primarily recognized as the grape variety used in Soave white wines, has the potential for various expressions. With careful attention in both the vineyard and the winemaking process, it can yield a charming white wine characterized by balance and captivating aromas.
