The Pouilly-Fuissé Vieilles Vignes by Domaine Daniel Pollier is matured in barriques, with a quarter of the barrels being new and the rest second or third use. This wine is particularly concentrated, offering aromas of hazelnuts, floral notes, white and yellow fruits, and a pleasant oak influence that supports the fruit without overpowering it.
