This wine is made from 100% Clairette, sourced from vines planted in 1982. The Clairette grapes are harvested from the sandy, nutrient-rich soils at the bottom of the slope, offering a distinct richness compared to typical Côtes-du-Rhône vineyards. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 8–9 months, allowing it to develop depth and character.
