Named for Eric’s ‘crazy cat’, this CdR is truly, a little wild. The grapes are sourced from the soil of Saint-Julien, giving it a uniquely approachable, fruit forward flavor. Notes of strawberry jam and cooking herbs jump out of the glass. It’s certified organic, and sits on fine lees for a year without fining or filtration after fermentation in concrete tanks.
