French oak and stainless steel lend complexity and freshness to this wine, respectively. Tropical fruit and white peach dominate the nose, with Anjou pear, white fig, and lively citrus following on the palate. A crisp minerality ultimately balances all the ripe fruit flavors, making this an eminently food friendly sipper. Its richness and balance make this an excellent pairing for grilled chicken or pork, or light seafood dishes.

    About The Varietal

    Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc is a white-wine grape originating from western France, and it has achieved success in both emerging and established wine regions globally. This grape variety is known for producing lightly colored, aromatic, and dry white wines with a refreshing acidity.

    About The Producer

    Knights Bridge

Knights Bridge vineyard is nestled on the pristine west side of Knights Valley, the warmest appellation in Sonoma County. It was here that the family decided to create Knights Bridge Winery with the singular goal of producing world-class wines. Winemaker, Derek Baljeu, joined the Knights Bridge team in 2019 and was promoted to winemaker in 2021. “Regardless of region or variety, [Derek thinks] balance and complexity are the most important factors in a great wine. It is the interplay of the acidity, weight, finish, aroma, and flavor that create harmony and complexity that always has you wanting more.”
