2021 Maître de Chai "Kierkegaard" Wilson Vineyard Chenin Blanc (Sonoma County, CA) 6W

This organically farmed Chenin comes from Dry Creek Valley in Sonoma. It is fermented with native yeast and aged in used oak barrels. Fresh aromas of toasted almonds, bread, and beeswax give way to rich stone fruit on the palate. The creamy mouthfeel is balanced with racy acidity, making this wine delicious to drink on its own or with seafood dishes.
