“Le Bine de Costìola” is crafted from Garganega grapes grown in a three-hectare single vineyard planted in 1970 and fermented in stainless steel vats. The wine features a complex floral nose with aromas of stone fruits and ripe citrus. On the palate, it presents a rich, somewhat mineral texture with notes of almonds, finishing with bright, crisp acidity. Persistent and full-bodied, this serious wine ages well and gains complexity over time. Enjoy it with simple seared fish, perhaps with artichokes and béarnaise, or pair it with mushroom risotto.
