When Elena Brooks was growing up in Bulgaria, her mother worked at a winery where Elena was helping to interpret tastings by the age of 12. She is now regarded as one of the best winemakers in Australia. At Dandelion Vineyards, ancient vines (many over 100 years old) are grown in ancient soils, giving way to unique and delicious wines. Dark chocolate and dark fruit dominate the nose of this Shiraz, with subtle notes of lavender, peppercorn, and smoked paprika. About The Varietal
