Crafted entirely from Gamay Noir grapes, this wine is made using carbonic maceration, a method typical of Beaujolais where grapes ferment on their stems in a sealed container saturated with CO2, allowing the skins to macerate.

This wine is vibrant and succulent, offering a blend of strawberry flavors complemented by savory herbs and a hint of earthy minerals. With its light body and mild tannins, it is a versatile wine that pairs wonderfully with anything on the table.

    About The Varietal

    Gamay

While Gamay is renowned for creating the vibrant, fruit-forward red wines of Beaujolais, it is also cultivated in substantial quantities in different regions of the Loire Valley, Savoie, and western Switzerland.
