Campo di Colonnello by Raina is a white wine that undergoes four days of skin maceration and is aged on its fine lees in vitrified cement tanks for five months. It is bottled without filtration or clarification. The nose reveals aromas of ripe fruit, florals, and hints of medicinal herbs. On the palate, it offers excellent freshness, with savory and mineral notes, and a beautifully persistent finish where the pleasant flavors of exotic fruit reappear.
