About The Varietal
Cava Blend is the term used to describe the composition of the sparkling wines of Catalonia, Spain. The blend is principally made up of three indigenous grape varieties, Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada.
About The Producer
Raventós i Blanc is a historic Catalan winery with one of the longest continuous records of wine production in the world. The estate has been in the Raventós family since 1497 and is farmed by the 21st generation today. With years of winemaking experience under their belt (to say the least), Raventós creates magic in a bottle through each of their sparkling wines!
