About The Varietal
A Valpolicella Blend consists of the three native red grape varieties cultivated in the Veneto region of Italy. The key players are Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella, which is the trio behind Valpolicella DOC wines. These same grapes are the components of the esteemed Amarone wines, where they undergo a partial drying process to produce these rich, supple wines.

So Far Out is a collaboration between Field Recordings, organic grape grower Mike Testa, and Los Angeles wine veteran Jamil Williams.
