100% Sauvignon Blanc from Touraine. Château de Pocé, dating back to the 15th century, is located in Pocé-sur-Cisse, near Château d'Amboise. Rebuilt in the 19th century, it once housed a decorative arts foundry employing 400 workers. The vineyard spans 40 hectares in AOC Touraine. Fresh aromas of lemon zest, limestone, apple blossom, and pear lead to a palate of tart acidity, green apple, and a chalky, citrusy finish. Pairs well with seafood, fried dishes, and pesto.
