*3W* 2020 Sun Goddess Sauvignon Blanc (Friuli-Venezia Giulia, IT)

A collaboration between the Fantinel winery in Friuli and Miss Mary J Blige herself, the Sun Goddess wines are all about her connection to nature through the styles she most enjoys to drink. This Sauvignon Blanc opens with intense tropical fruit aromatics and a hint of spice, followed by a structured and smooth palate. It finishes long and strong; another MJB hit!

    About The Varietal

    Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc is a white-wine grape originating from western France, and it has achieved success in both emerging and established wine regions globally. This grape variety is known for producing lightly colored, aromatic, and dry white wines with a refreshing acidity.

    About The Producer

    Sun Goddess

Owned by Mary J. Blige, Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter, actress, producer and philanthropist, Sun Goddess is named after Blige's connection between her real life, nature, the personality of wines she enjoys, her style, as well as that of Marco Fantinel, well-known hotelier and restaurateur who leads Fantinel Winery. Expanding from her love of Pinot Grigio, Blige has built Sun Goddess as she states, “wine tasting is one of my passions. Wine is culture. Wine is community. Wine is lifestyle. Wine is emotion.”
