This delicious Bourgogne Blanc comes from three separate Chardonnay parcels from Leynes and Saint Verand. This wine shows the typical Bourgogne Blanc characteristics of citrus blossom aromatics and a tension filled palate with strong salinity. The all stainless steel aging accentuates the wines mineral quality and racy acidity. We can hardly keep this bottle on the shelves!
