    Floral & mineral notes dominate the nose, with hints of pastry, lemon, and red berry fruit. On the palate, hints of toasted brioche with exotic fruits lead into a long, harmonious finish. Total dosage is 8g/L, with approximately 30% reserve wine being used in the blend, going back to 1982!
