    Another favorite from Le Vigne di Alice. This "Brut Nature" is bottled with no extra dosage, meaning that its fresh acidity shines brightly through the fruit. That said, it's not bracing or overly crisp: there's a lovely creaminess to round out the finish.

    About The Varietal

    Glera

    Glera is an Italian white grape variety, likely originating from the village of Prosecco. Previously known as Prosecco, the name was changed to "Glera" in the EU in 2009 to protect "Prosecco" as a geographically-protected designation for the Italian wine.
